The revenge of Umbria

Umbria is one of the thirty destinations recommended by Lonely Planet to travel in 2023! Lonely Planet is an Australian travel book publisher that produces books, travel guides and travel-related online content, to help people organise travels for all types of budgets. Every year, Lonely Planet’s experts select the most recommended places to visit for the following year and publish the list on their website under the name of “Best in Travel”. The thirty selected destinations are organised into four categories (eat, journey, connect, learn and unwind), according to what makes them really special to visit.
